Losing Weight Feels Great!!!

Today is a special day. I went for a 2 mile walk again and I lost the last lb that I was suppose to lose to get to my 100 mark! I am so excited!! It was so HOT but it was well worth it!! Anyhoo! Thats all for now! Peace!!!

Got on the scale today and I lost 5 lbs this past weekend! I am going on a 2 mile walk today so hopefully I will lose that 1 lb or more. I'm so excited, I feel like I am in a race to the finish line. I have 3 more lbs til I get to my halfway mark, so I can't wait for that! Well I'm fixin to go and walk away the lbs. TTYL!!!

This weekend I started out with 6 lbs to lose before I got to my 100 mark....So I have really been trying to kick butt to get to there. I went roller blading, which I haven't done in at least 8 yrs, and I had SO much fun! I am definitely going to be doing that again, as much as I can. Then the next day I went with a friend (who is also my neighbor) and her friend, on a two mile scenic walk. That was a lot of fun too. I am definitely not the same person I was before my surgery on March 22nd, 2010. I am a new and improved me and I am lovin' it!

Well I have lost 3 more lbs so far this weekend, and I am thrilled. Looks like my hard work is paying off. But I can't say that it was work cause I had FUN!! I'm so thankful everyday that I got the tool to help me lose weight!

Oh...(sigh) I am feeling so emotional right now. I'm feeling so blessed and grateful to God for everything. I am just astonished at the new beginning that he gave me with the surgery I had. I can't believe that I am 15 weeks post op and have already lost 89 lbs! Its so overwhelming and Awesome!! I can't say just how thankful I am.
