Wow! What a ride this has been. I'm not finished yet but I have gotten so much closer to my final goal. It has help a lot for me to look forward to the smaller goals that I have set for myself. I just hit one of my big goals the other day. I have lost 145 lbs. I feel so blessed to be given this gift, this tool that I am using. I thank God everyday for giving me a second chance, for allowing me to have a new lease on life. I have become a brand new woman. It has not all been roses as you know by now. But it has not been as hard as it could have been. It is amazing to think, I have lost a whole person, as far as weight goes. My final goal weight is 140 and I have lost 145. It just boggles my mind. I am so excited for my husband to come home and see the new me. And to think one day I will actually be smaller than him LOL Well anyways, thank you all so much for your support!
