Losing Weight Feels Great!!!

Well, this is the last day that I was in the hospital. I got up a puttered around awhile. I took a long shower. I took my time, I didn't really want to rush anything. We left there around 1 p.m. Before I was released I walked all the way down to Ms. Marklin's office. (She's my bariatric nurse.) She highlighted stuff in a book that she gave me and then I walked back up to my room. That was like the longest walk, EVER! Anyhoo, when I got back I was released and that was that.
